Traced today leading up to and during RSHL. I usually sit around 120 ping before and after peak hours and then jump up to between 250 and 500 during peak hours.

The spikes begin at that 3rd hop, which is in your ISP.  Ploss begins at the 3rd hop, which I'm guessing is still comcast.  Doesn't look like anything on your end nor ours.

That could be due to:
1. Your internet sucking during peak hours
2. Zone internet sucking during peak hours.
3. Something inbetween sucking during peak hours.
4. Zone itself sucking during peak hours (but I don't think that causes ping to go up).
